SOUL TRAIL CUP 2025 – 4. afdeling

SOUL KIDS ZONE  ⛄
VIP tent only for SOUL KIDS, where they can sit and relax in beanbags and enjoy a SUNTOP while talking and sharing experiences; perhaps while waiting for the parents to run a longer distance. Please note that children are not supervised in the SOUL KIDS ZONE.

There is room for ALL LEVELS, the routes are 3 km long and can be completed 1, 2, 3 or 4 times. That is 3, 6, 9 or 12 km. Children/youth distances of 3 and 6 km.

Points distribution in SOUL TRAIL CUP  (requires you to be registered for the cup)
SOUL TRAIL cup is decided on points. This means that one's position in each department is converted into points: No. 1 gets 15 points, no. 2 gets 13 points, no. 3 gets 11 points, no. 4 gets 10 points etc. From no. 13 and below are automatically awarded 1 point. Absence 0 (zero) points.
The 4 best results count towards the standings.
You must complete the registered distance. (Distance cannot be changed during the race/cup)

Medals and prizes
At the final race, SOUL TRAILcup prizes are awarded to the top three winners in each distance for women and men respectively. If there is a tie, it is the position in the last division that counts.
There are medals for everyone who participates in 3 SOUL TRAIL and the final on March 8, 2025.

Practical information
• Collection of start numbers from 9.00-9.45 at the start/finish area. Race start at 10.00
• There is electronic timing with a chip integrated into the start number
• Free parking at your own risk
• Toilet facilities on site
• Possibility to store luggage at your own risk in the start area
• Defibrillators in the finish area
• Participation is at your own risk and responsibility
• Recommendations from the race organizers must be respected

BLUE start number, for those registered in a single department.

RED start number, for those registered for SOUL TRAIL CUP 2025.
RED start number applies to all divisions.
